Online enrolment, paperless.
TRIAULA is the online pre-enrolment and enrolment platform for schools. Students choose their subjects from their phone with their school account, and the school office receives every application already checked, with subject counts, ratios and a proposed set of groups.

Hundreds of paper forms every year
A pre-enrolment and an enrolment form are printed for every student, in every year and group. Then someone reads each form, copies it by hand into a multi-sheet Excel workbook and rebuilds the formulas to get counts and ratios. Incompatible subjects are caught only if someone happens to spot them.

| Before | With TRIAULA | |
|---|---|---|
| Applications | Paper forms | Online, from a phone, with a signature |
| Data | Copied by hand, one by one | Already in the system |
| Incompatibilities | Checked by eye | Blocked when choosing |
| Counts and ratios | Formulas in an Excel workbook | Instant, by subject and by group |
| Groups | Made by hand | Adjustable automatic proposal |
| Receipt | Paper copy | PDF with a verification code |
Choices checked before they reach the office
Tick an elective on the phone and it appears in the school office list. If it clashes with another, TRIAULA flags it and the application cannot be submitted.

Minors’ data, protected
A school handles minors’ data. TRIAULA is designed from the ground up to protect it.
- Students’ personal data and signatures are stored encrypted.
- Each member of staff sees only what their profile allows.
- Only the school’s own students can sign in, with their school account.
- Every action is logged.
- The network and its security are protected by CERWALL, a Spanish cybersecurity company.
Frequently asked questions

- What is TRIAULA?
- TRIAULA is an online pre-enrolment and enrolment platform for schools. Students choose subjects from their phone or computer; the school office reviews applications, checks counts and ratios by subject, prepares the groups and exports everything to Excel. It works in Spanish, Valencian and English.
- Is it suitable for my school?
- Yes, if your students choose subjects or options each year: secondary schools and sixth forms, vocational training centres, adult education centres, language schools, music conservatoires and academies. Each school defines its own courses, subject blocks, incompatibilities and pre-enrolment and enrolment periods.
- What do students need to sign in?
- Their school account. TRIAULA currently works with Microsoft 365 Education; other providers on request. This way only genuine students of the school can sign in, with no new passwords to remember and no accounts to create. A phone or a computer with a browser is enough: there is nothing to install.
- How is students’ data protected?
- Students’ personal data, including minors’, and their signatures are stored encrypted. Each member of staff sees only what their profile allows, sign-in is with the school account and every action is logged. The network and its security are protected by CERWALL, a Spanish cybersecurity company.
- Can we keep working with Excel?
- Yes. Applications, chosen subjects and the proposed groups can be exported as Excel or CSV whenever you need them. The difference is that they arrive complete and checked: nobody copies them by hand and the incompatibilities were already blocked when choosing.
- What happens when we request a demonstration?
- We email you to arrange a session with sample data from a school like yours. If it fits, we set up your first process with you: courses, subjects, incompatibilities and periods. Students sign in with your school’s link from day one.
