TRIAULA processes two kinds of data with two different controllers: the data of people who visit this site or write to TUSSER, for which TUSSER is the controller, and the data of students and staff of each school on the platform, for which the school is the controller.
Part 1. Website and contact form

Data
The data entered in the contact form (name, school, email and message) or in an email sent to TUSSER, and the technical connection data needed to protect the form against abuse.

TUSSER does not send commercial communications without express authorisation and does not build profiles.
Retention
For as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, if a business relationship begins, for as long as it lasts; afterwards, blocked for the legal limitation periods.
Recipients
No data is disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Technology service providers take part as TUSSER's processors, under contract.
Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, by writing to contacto@tusser.net with the reference "Data protection". If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
Part 2. TRIAULA platform
Controller
The school where the student submits their application or where the staff member works, or the education authority it depends on. Each school decides what data it collects in its processes and for what purpose, and must inform its students and staff about it.
Processor
TUSSER provides the platform and processes the data only on behalf of the school and according to its instructions, under a processing contract in line with Article 28 of the GDPR. It does not use the data for its own purposes or disclose it to third parties.
Data
The data that each school decides to collect in its pre-enrolment and enrolment processes, the data of the educational account used to log in, and the technical usage logs needed for the security of the service.
Retention
As set by the school. When the service ends, TUSSER returns or deletes the data as the school instructs.
Rights
They are exercised before the school. If a request reaches TUSSER, it forwards it to the school without delay.
