Owner
TRIAULA is a platform of Tusser Systems, S.L. (TUSSER), whose details appear in the legal notice.
Purpose
TRIAULA allows the schools that contract it to organise their pre-enrolment and enrolment processes, and their students to submit their applications on it. These terms govern access to and use of the platform by students, their families and school staff.
Access
- Access is with the educational account provided by the school and from the link it distributes.
- The account is personal. Whoever uses it is responsible for not sharing it and must notify their school of any unauthorised use.
- Each school decides who may access, which processes it opens, on what dates and what information it requests.
Acceptable use
Anyone using the platform undertakes to:
- provide truthful data;
- use it only for their school's processes and in accordance with the law;
- not access or attempt to access information that is not meant for them;
- not interfere with its operation or attempt to bypass its security measures.
The school or TUSSER may suspend the access of anyone who breaches these obligations.
Applications and decisions
Admission, enrolment, the assignment of subjects and groups and any other decision on an application are the school's responsibility. TRIAULA records the application and issues a receipt of its submission; it does not decide on it.
Intellectual property
The platform and the TRIAULA brand belong to TUSSER. Using it grants no right beyond what is needed to take part in the school's processes. Copying, decompiling or reverse engineering it is prohibited, except where the law allows it.
Data protection
The school is the controller of the data processed on the platform and TUSSER is its processor. Full information is in the privacy policy and in the one each school provides.
Availability and liability
TUSSER aims to keep the platform continuously available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: it may suspend it temporarily for maintenance, for security or for reasons beyond its control. TUSSER is liable for damages it causes through wilful misconduct or negligence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law grants to the user.
Changes
TUSSER may modify these terms to adapt them to legal or service changes. The current version is the one published on this page, with its date.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of the user's domicile or of the place where the obligation is performed have jurisdiction over any dispute.
